An active subscription is required to access the platform.

MM365 offers monthly and annual subscription plans for suppliers. By selecting a plan and completing payment, you agree to the terms outlined here. Your subscription grants you access to the MM365 supplier platform for the duration of the plan period.
Annual subscriptions are billed as a single one-time payment for the full year. Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and will automatically renew each month until cancelled. By providing payment details, you authorise MM365 to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee.
All subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes partial periods, unused time on annual subscriptions, and monthly subscription charges already processed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until that date.
Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time from the subscription management page in their dashboard. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Annual subscribers may cancel to prevent renewal but no refund is issued for the remaining period.
If your council has an active council-level subscription, your access may be provided under the council's arrangement. In such cases, your individual subscription terms are governed by the council's agreement with MM365. Free access under a council arrangement is subject to the council maintaining their active subscription.
MM365 reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will not be affected until their next renewal period. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Subscriptions are non-transferable and limited to the registered account. Sharing account credentials is not permitted. MM365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform policies without refund.
